Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Beirux's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Beirux provides web design, development, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal.

3. Project Terms

3.1 Proposals and Acceptance

All proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A project begins upon receipt of the signed agreement and initial deposit.

3.2 Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• 25% due at design approval
• 25% due upon project completion

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge and may result in work suspension.

3.3 Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

4.2 Third-Party Assets

Any stock images, fonts, plugins, or other third-party assets used in your project are subject to their respective licenses. Costs for premium assets will be communicated in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply all necessary content, images, and assets
• Designate a single point of contact for the project
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and unpublished work.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or conversion rates. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You will pay for all work completed to date
• We will deliver any completed work
• Deposits are non-refundable

10. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our work within 30 days of project kickoff, we'll refund your deposit (less any work already completed). This guarantee applies to design work only, not development that has begun.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New Jersey, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
